Kenneth Handy Moore Memorial Scholarship for Visual Arts
Founded in 2020 by Kenneth’s sister, Cady, and his friends, Lisa Biler and Teresa Sharp, this scholarship is awarded to a graduating high school senior in the visual arts program at the Governor’s School for the Arts in Norfolk, VA.
With this scholarship, Kenneth’s family and friends want to honor a visual arts student
who embodies the passion and commitment to the artistic endeavor that he displayed at
GSA and beyond.
